• Downloading and permissions for the application

1 - Schengen application is a service application owned by Mastelimo Travel and Tourism Company, a limited liability company based in Riyadh - Al Muruj - King Abdulaziz - 3 - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the license of the General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities number 5003282. The company has the right to publish the application on various stores under government licenses.

2 - The permissions required by the application from the customer during the download have been obtained by the company to use it in a way that achieves the purpose for which it was created, which is to facilitate visa issuance for citizens and residents without any hassle.

• Registering with the application

1 - Schengen application has more than one way to register, and once the customer successfully registers with the application, it is considered as an agreement to the application's policies and terms.

• Creating a new request

1 - Only the registered customer in the application has the right to submit a visa issuance request from the visa application form page, and once the request is successfully submitted, it is considered as an agreement to the application's policies and terms.

2 - The company is not responsible for any incorrect data in the request, and the customer is responsible for any damages resulting from that.

3 - In case the customer creates more than one person in one request, it is only for the immediate family (spouse and children only).

4 - The customer does not have the right to claim anything from the company as long as the request is unpaid.

5 - The company has the right to refuse to deal with the unpaid request, and the customer has no right to claim anything.

6 - The company is not responsible for customer reservations and is not responsible for any delay in visa issuance at any embassy.

• Modifying a request

1 - If one of the employees deals with the request after the payment process, the customer does not have the right to modify the request from within the application, and the company has the right to prevent the customer from doing so through the application.

2 - The company is not responsible for any incorrect data during the modification of the request, and the customer is responsible for any damages resulting from that.

• Payment

1 - The amount due to the company is paid by using various credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or by bank transfer to the company's account.

2 - The customer is notified of the successful payment process and the start of processing the request after verifying the receipt of the amount.

3 - The company has the right to accept payment through one of its branches, and the request procedures will start after the payment.

4 - The company has the full right to verify the payment process and receive the amount.

5 - The customer is notified of the successful payment process and the start of implementing the request.

6 - The customer does not have the right to demand the company to execute the request before ensuring the payment of the due amount.

7 - The company is not responsible in case the payment process is rejected or canceled by the bank or the credit card issuer.

8 - All credit/debit card details and personal identity information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third party.

9 - The website's policies, terms, and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time to meet requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to stay updated with the changes on the website. The amendments will be effective on the day they are published.

10 - The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

• Payment later

1 - The customer does not have the right to claim anything from the company as long as the request is unpaid.

• Canceling the request

1 - The customer has the right to cancel the submitted request through the application at any time as long as the company has not submitted it to the embassy.

2 - The customer is responsible for any payments made by the company until the customer requests cancellation.

3 - The company is responsible for refunding the paid amount back to the customer, and it has the right to deduct from the amount according to the payments it deems necessary.

4 - If the company submits the request to the embassy, the customer does not have the right to request the cancellation of the visa issuance.

5 - The company has the full right to cancel a paid request after notifying the customer if the customer does not cooperate with the application's employees and engages in inappropriate conversation that contradicts public morals.

6 - The customer's request to cancel the request through the application is considered as permission for the company to stop the procedures.

7 - If the payment is made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the customer's credit card.

8 - Refunds will be made only through the "original mode" of payment.

• Returning the canceled request

1 - The customer has the right to return a canceled request that he/she has canceled through the application, and it is the company's responsibility to return the request to the state it was in before the cancellation directly.

2 - The customer's return of the request through the application is considered as permission for the company to proceed with the request, and the company does not need to refer back to the customer.

• Embassy's refusal to issue the visa

1 - If the embassy refuses to issue the visa to the customer for any reason it deems, the customer does not have the right to claim any financial amounts paid.

2 - The company is not responsible for accepting or rejecting the visa issuance.

• Customer's photos and data

1 - All personal information and data of the customer are protected, and the company treats the customer's data with complete confidentiality.

• Application updates

1 - The company has the full right to update the application and publish it on various stores, and the customer has no role or right to demand not to update the application for any reason it deems.

• Discount codes

1 - The customer does not have the right to obligate the company to apply the discount code if the payment is not made within the code's validity period.

2 - The company has the full right to disable the use of any discount code at any time it deems.

3 - The company is obligated to apply the discount code if the customer pays within the code's validity period.

4 - The customer has no right or income regarding the creation of the discount code and its validity.

5 - The only way to apply the discount code is through the application only.

• Disabling the application

1 - The company has the full right to disable the application at any time for reasons it deems, and the customer has no right to demand not to disable the application.

2 - If the customer submits a paid visa issuance request through the application and the company disables the application at that time, the company is obligated to complete the request for the customer, and the customer has the right to claim if the opposite happens.

• Intellectual property rights.

1 - All intellectual property rights for this application and all its contents are owned by Schengen application owned by Mastelimo Travel and Tourism Agency, based in Riyadh - Al Muruj - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the license of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage number (5003282). The application management has the right to deal with this property as it sees fit, and the user, regardless of his/her capacity, must not reproduce or allow anyone for any reason to use or reproduce the services or any trademarks or other brand names that appear in the application.

• Applicable law and jurisdiction.

1 - The customer's use of the application is considered as an agreement to be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its judicial authority.

2 - The customer's use of the application is considered as an agreement to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh for any dispute that may arise between the company and the customer, with the company reserving the right to file a lawsuit at the customer's place of residence if desired.
